• “CP” offers very special microporous ceramic filter cartridges with Alumina binders which impart excellent chemical compatibility with various acids and aggressive chemicals
• These cartridges are regenerable by back washing followed by oven drying
• “CP” ceramic filter cartridges are having high wall thickness of 10-15 mm and porosity upto 45% with filtration efficiency upto 1 micron
• “CP” ceramic filter elements are also available in membrane for very high efficiency ultra filtration upto 0.01 micron for specialty cross flow filtration application
• “CP” also offers sintered borosilicate glass fibre with resin binders for excellent coalescer efficiency upto 0.01 micron
• “CP” offer activated carbon block fitters for colour removal, odour removal for liquid applications. Also used in dew / moisture / Oil vapour removal for compressed air requirements
• “CP” sintered ceramic & activated carbon block cartridges are generally available in DOE type but flanged type configuration can also be provided for specific requirements
• “CP” ceramic filter elements are brittle and hence require extra care while handling and installation
• “CP” sintered ceramics are very much useful for high temperature gases filtration upto 900°C along with acid resistance
• “CP” ceramic filters are also useful for catalyst recovery from aggressive chemicals like sulphuric acid etc
